Amit is a programmer & web developer and has worked with EDA, Web development, Web services, distributed systems and social applications for more than 10 years. He has also worked as a consultant and trainer for Ruby on Rails since 2007. Amit can handle end to end web development process including HTML/CSS, architecture and design, coding, testing and deployment and has done several large and scalable web application from scratch with Rails.

Amit was one of the founding members and a engineering manager with the team in Amazon.com, which developed Flexible Payment service (FPS). Amit is also a trained scrum master and has exclusively used agile methodologies for his projects for past several years. Besides blogging, Amit also writes for Rails Magazine. He also dabbles in Robotics, Home Automation and sketching & painting.

Amit has a B.Tech (Honours) in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Kharagpur.

Arun is a programmer and an expert RoR developer. Arun is also an expert with databases especially MySQL design and optimizations for large systems. He is also an expert with developing Rails plugins and Rails internals.

Arun has over 4 years of industry experience. He also keeps a personal blog and you can find him on twitter here.

Arun has a B.Tech in Information Technology.

Harish is a web developer and RoR Expert and has developed several applications from scratch. He can write fast, clean, tested code like a seasoned craftsman. He is also an expert in Meta Programming with Ruby.

Harish began his professional career as a programmer 3 years back but he has been programming for as long as he can remember. While not in front of his computer, he can be found on the neighborhood cricket ground.

Harish is a B.E. in Computer Science.
 

Sridhar is meticulous programmer with sound knowledge of the basics and advanced stuff. He is an expert with MySQL and web technologies including Java/J2EE, VB.Net and of course Ruby/RoR.

Sridhar started his career right after graduation in June 2010 and has already worked on several mid to large size projects. No problem is too difficult for Sridhar and no bug can escape his methodical tests.

In his spare time, Sridhar likes bodybuilding and exercises, and plays Cricket.

Sridhar has B.C.A & MCA from Vishvesvaraya Technological University.
 

Vikrant is a programmer and an open source enthusiast. He keeps experimenting with different languages and programming tools. He writes and has been part of many open-source projects, traces of which can be found on his homepage. Vikrant has architected, designed and developed several enterprise and consumer web applications. Vikrant is an expert with testing frameworks, managing large code bases, AJAX, Web 2.0 and social applications.

Outside of work, Vikrant usually spends time developing his highly ambitious project, Kopal. Vikrant also loves to hang out on gaming consoles, trawling through wikipedia, watching films and plotting to take over the world.

Mukesh is a talented designer and creative buff. He specializes in branding, designing and publishing. His skills include designing websites, flash animations, logos and marketing materials.

Mukesh works as a partner in Pixelen Inc and handles UI design, HTML/CSS & Javascript work for 8Rays Tech.
