We are looking for ace Ruby on Rails web application developers.

We work on several medium to large scale projects, have a small and fun loving team and clients who adore us. You will get full responsibility for your project including design, development and maintenance. We will pamper you with free food, office provided laptop, smartphone and home internet connection. In return you bring your superior programming skills and give your best to make the project a success.

Role & Responsibilities

You will be joining as a full time member of the technical team. You will be responsible for database and architecture design, coding and development as well as deployment and running the application, independently or along with one or two other team members. Most senior developers in 8Rays Tech have an independent charge of a project.
Your formal designation will be MTS or SMTS (Member of Technical Staff or Senior Member of Technical Staff).

Tools & Technologies

We use Linux, MySQL and Ruby on Rails. Experience with them will be an added advantage.
